Bắc Giang Province is enhancing its digital transformation with significant infrastructure upgrades and e-government expansion. 

Plans for 2025 include upgrading its digital data center, WAN infrastructure, and specialized data networks in collaboration with telecom providers. 

The province will invest in IT equipment for seamless online meetings and connect all public service center surveillance systems to the provincial administration service center.

Efforts also include improving fiber-optic internet and mobile coverage, maintaining the provincial data integration platform (LGSP), and implementing digital platforms in healthcare, education, and

 media. A unified digital communication platform will foster better interaction between the government, citizens, and businesses.

Bắc Giang will develop databases for key sectors like education, healthcare, finance, agriculture, and tourism while ensuring cybersecurity and optimizing its Smart Urban Operations Centre (IOC). 

It aims to provide open data access for residents and businesses and integrate IoT infrastructure to address social issues and enhance smart services.

The province has consistently ranked high in digital transformation indices, including leading the E-Government and Digital Government Development Index, with widespread digital connectivity 

and robust online meeting systems. Bắc Giang’s digital transformation has received positive feedback from residents and businesses for its efficiency and accessibility.
